Could Use Some Help With Auto Insurance
« on: April 15, 2007, 09:43:03 AM »

Hi There

I had a minor accident a few days ago with my car and have taken the car in for two estimates but the insurance company wants me to go to yet another shop for the repairs and after I read about insurance companies having crappy repairs done to save money at this website http://www.claimsreporter.com/  I'm kind of worried about it.

Should I be worried?  Should I try to make the insurance company use a repair shop that I chose?  Can the insurance company force me to use a repair shop they have chosen?  They sure talk to me like they can.

Any info on this problem would be appreciated.

Thanks
David
