As long as you have not been adjudicated guilty of the offense you were arrested for, and you have NEVER been adjudicated guilty for any criminal offense, you may be eligible to seal or expunge your court case and arrest information. After sealing or expunging you may LEGALLY deny or fail to acknowledge the arrest and court case that was sealed. Also, all public information regarding the case will be removed from public view and access except in limited situations. This can be a tremendous help to people seeking jobs, housing, loans, or in a situation where the results of a criminal background check may be an issue. Questions regarding Florida sealing or expungement, please go to http://www.SealMyRecord.Com or email me at southbeachlaw@yahoo.comTo see if you qualify, go to our website at http://www.sealmyrecord.com. STATEWIDE service is available throughout Florida. Sincerely, Nicolas Babinsky, Esq.
