Court Date Monday Feb 5th.

Briefly: On business trip in LA, robbed of money/car keys at gunpoint at motel, recognized two thieves from a prior casual encounter, next attempted to steal my car but couldn't start it, motel office called 911, police sirens scared them off. Police arrived, we went to check on my car, found doors open, keys gone, and 1 oz bag of meth (not mine) on floor of my car that thieves dropped when they heard sirens. Regardless, I was arrested on the spot for possession with intent to sell, spent night in jail, bailed out, and back home next day. I have names of two attorneys and must decide which one to hire. Court date is Monday, February 5th in Pomona. I'm feeling paralyzed and frightened, and don't know how to eliminate one or the other, what questions are most important to ask, which questions will ensure that I'm taken seriously, etc. Can anyone offer advice? Thanks so much.
