DUI second conviction

I need to know if a person got his 2nd DUI and is being charged with open bottle,speeding 61mph in a 35 mph zone,2nd DUI in 10 yrs,being over the limit on beathilezer test .11,driving after DL was revocote. I need to if this person would get jail time or would they just get fined and some probation. I really need some help on this
