Columbia oncologist litigation malpractice lawsuit

A Columbia oncologist who treats cancer patients in Hannibal and several other Missouri clinics and hospitals will pay $1 million and surrender his medical license in a federal civil lawsuit.

Dr. James N. Hueser, who provided services in Hannibal among several other regional cancer centers, did most of his work at the Boone Clinic in Columbia. He had a secondary practice...
