Hello People, My Name is Latesh. I am from Mumbai (India). I would like members in this forum to assist me in finding an Attorney who can represent me and file Litigation case in the U.S. against the parent company of my Employer in India which is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Parent Company having their head office in California and it is a fortune 500 company. I have all the necessary documents supporting my case and also as my contract has no arbitration clause I can file the case on US soil, which is truly in my favor.
