Supreme Court Rules Unanimously Colleges Must Allow Military Recruiters

A unanimous decision by the US Supreme Court on March 6, 2006, says that if colleges accept federal money, they may not ban military recruiters on campus, even when it conflicts with the university's non-discrimination policies on gays or the infamous "don't ask don't tell" policy related to serving homosexuals.

The court rejected a free speech argument from several law schools.
