Busta Rhymes Sued Over Alleged Assault

According to a story published by KGET, New Yorker Melvin Smith, 37, filed a suit in the Manhattan Supreme Court, alleging the MC violently attacked him. The lawsuit claims Rhymes was helped by his bodyguard Troy Green.

Smith's lawyer Bruce Regenstreich insists the alleged victim has been unable to work since receiving severe back and neck injuries at the hands of the 33-year-old star.
