what can I do?
« on: February 01, 2010, 04:22:37 PM »

Here is the situation.
i had my fence run over last August by a lady in a rental car borrowed from a friend.  a letter from the rental company said that the case would be on the renters hands.  unable to contact the lady of renter.

the damage would be less than $5k.  what can you suggest for me to get my fence paid for?  and, who and how could i charge them?

I know nothing of courts Smiley

thanks,
junior
