Storage pod left in my driveway

Ive had someone leave a storage pod in my driveway and will no have it removed..i called the storage pod company and they said that they wont have it removed until the person that rented it pays the rent on it..and they guy that has it rented wont do that..he crazy..he has threatened to have my house burned down and he carries a gun..no leagally..he has warrants out for his arrest..i dont want him here at my house..what can i do with the pod its been here for 30 days and has his things in it..
