Forcded to do extra work
« on: June 15, 2009, 05:13:53 PM »

I work at a furniture store in Atlanta Georgia and I was hired on as a warehouse guy and there is a housekeeping/janitor position in the store that belonged to an employee that quit. What I would like to know is. Can I be fired for not doing the work of that position if the store manager orders me to do it despite the fact I wasn't hired to do that work nor do I get paid to do so.
