Should a 16 year old girl in the state of Oklahoma be able to date a 25 year old male aslo in the state of oklahoma with out her parents consent?

well im 17 dating a 20 year old in new york. but ive known him for 14 years.
and we have been dating for 3 almost 4.
but idk that age difference is a big one.
