My bank did not answer a garnishment summons. They attorney went after them with a default judgment. The bank agreed to pay a certain amount to the attorney. Then they held my funds on deposit and are demanding I pay. I have already settled my debt with the attorney. What should I do? Sue the Bank? They will not release my account.
