Workmans Comp
« on: February 27, 2009, 11:54:47 AM »

I have a client who was hurt on the job. Maryland State workmans comp declared that she made $11.00/hr 40hr/week before injury. She has sent wage and earning statement as well as paystubs to the employers workmans comp insurance comp. They still have not paid temporary partial disability. She was put on light duty and the employer can only give her 15 hours per week of work. She is losing 50 hours per pay period. I am trying to point her in the right direction and to a workmans comp attorney. Until that attorney is decided upon what can I do? How do I get her her money?
