Foreclosure
« on: January 05, 2009, 11:59:51 AM »

Yes my fiance in 2005 went onto a mortgage with her ex.  I met her in 2006 and since then she has been attempting to get him to remove her from the mortgage.  He will not answer or return any messages.  This will be the second time that the Mortgage company is threatening to foreclose.  Is there any way to force him to refinance or any way the mortgage company will go after only him in this situation?  We have a house right now through the VA since i am a veteran.  This guy is being an ass about this situation.  Any info would be appreciated.
