Who ever reads this, maybe u can help me!
I was running down outback my apt. and we have 4 apts per duplex, like a box, 2 up and 2 downstairs. Well any way I ran down behind the places that are here and when I was running I slipped on the snow and with my hands in my coat, one of my hands came out and I had keys in my pocket and those got stuck to the sleave and when I extended my arm, my keys when flying near my neighbors window and I went to pick them up. This was when I was near the window and when I left to do what I had to do I went back out the front of the house there was police that asked me if I was looking in anybodys houses and I said no. I was only out back trying to find my sister and when she wasn't out there I came back, and the only reason I was next to the other apt. was only to get my keys! Is it leagal for them to classify me as a VOYEUR just because I was near the window at the time?
