Perjury

To any lawyers or intelligent readers who may know...please answer my concern. I filed a Labor Board Complaint because my employer didn't give me any lunch breaks or vacation pay. At the hearing, my boss provided documents under oath which had my signature forged on one of them, showing that I agreed to work without benefits promised to me. There was a copy of a 400.00 check which my boss said was an advance on my vacation, however this copy of the check was a check I was given by my boss, who was also one of my best friends, as a loan which I paid back a couple months later. My boss said this was a vacation check under oath plus she forged a document showing I agreed to no benefits with a date on it listed at 4 days before I agreed to go work for my boss, who was a supervisor at a previous job and lured me away from that job to work for her own business with promises of the same benefits. The Labor Board decided in my boss's favor based on the fabricated documents and perjury. How can I have her prosecuted for perjury and forgery?
