Last night, I found out that someone hired a private investator for a case for someone else ( I can not name names in here) anyways.. the headquarter company said that I said things that are not true.
To start this story. the someone wants to work at my workplace and I was very supportive, helpful, and encouraging. When someone came in to check on the hiring process, I got the personnel to talk with her, managers, boss over the managers, and many more.
Now.. the headquarter company claims "a deaf woman at that workplace does not want the someone (also deaf) to work at the same place or anywhere else. I never ever said that or told anyone. I have no idea where this came from.
THEN!!! the headquarter company gave MY PRIVATE INFORMATION WORK RECORD HISTORY to the private investator and when they read *the PI and the someone who hired the PI* the record, the someone knew it was me. I am a friend of those two someones and I am really upset on the fact that the work place is giving out my records like candy and lying that I said this or that. Someone *that hired the PI* was with us the whole time and saw my actions to get someone to be interviewed and hired.
I think this is a cry of slander/deflamation. I feel very violated, feel that this is employment discrimination, and this is probably why I am having difficult finding a job in my college bfa degree area because the company is adding lies to the files. Tomorrow I am going to ask for my files to review and see if anything is in there.
There is so many things wrong with this picture. I do not appreciate them lying to other people, creating up things that are not true and I am getting people questioning me about things I did not do. I am right now fighting for my honesty show and that I am honest. I did not say anything to prevent another deaf fellow to work at the same place or anywhere.
The workplace is Walmart.
I need help here please. Do i have a case or what?
Thank you
plus, walmart is possible going against their policy on something and I 'm going to look at my work record to see if it's there.
I explain this better in person than in typing.
