how long does a D.A. have to file charges in fla and hold someone in jail my 18 yr old son has been in jail for 25 days been in trouble one time in his life,  he got probation 2 months ag! some kid punched him in the head he fought him and leftnobody broused him or the other kid but the kid calles the cops and says my som had aknife and waved a gun as he was leaving blah blah blah(bs), the cops came to my house and arrested my son because of what this kid said know questions no proof just on his word! that was 25 days ago and i cant get him a bond or anything!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!!
